WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S)?
We know mistakes can happen so we’re sorry if you’ve received a defective product. This includes a hole in the product, a printing quality issue, or wrong item(s) being shipped. Contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Acceptable payment methods include all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. If you're unable to check out with these options, we also accept e-mail money transfer. Contact us via email (email@example.com) and we’ll work with you to process the order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We understand that you want to take pride and show the world that you are “Educ8d + Gifted.” Orders are typically be fulfilled within 5 business days of the order date. We are working to reduce the amount of time it takes to fulfill each order so that our customer can receive their product within one week from their order date.
Tax is something that we all must pay even us at Educ8d + Gifted. Tax calculations are based upon where orders are fulfilled and/or where the product is being delivered to.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY TEES?
Follow these tips and your shirt will remain awesome for a very long time with the same bright designs.
- Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle (hand wash preferred!)
- Tumble dry low (hang-dry preferred)
- If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean
- Wear the tee morning, day, and night to show your loyalty

Shipping is an expensive piece of the business when purchasing product online, but we have made a strong effort to make it simple and affordable. Shipping costs will be added to your total upon check out.
- US/CANADA: $7.50 shipping flat rate unless there is a promotion
- INTERNATIONAL: $15 shipping flat rate unless there is a promotion
All orders above $120 before taxes will receive free shipping.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Typically, orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of the order date. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Approximate shipping times are based on location:
- US: (5-7 days),
- CANADA: (5-7 days)
- INTERNATIONAL: (8-15 days). Times will vary depending on the country the product is being shipped to.
We’re sorry - we currently do not accept returns unless we made an error with the order and/or the product is defective. In a cases where the product is defective, an exchange will be made for the exact same product that was ordered. As we grow, we will aim to offer this for our customers. In the case that we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 17008 – 90 Ave NW Suite 227 Edmonton Alberta CA T5T 1L6.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
